For some reason after switching phones and attempting to connect my hammerheads to the app it keeps saying it can't find the device. They show up on the list and when I touch them it starts trying to connect but it always ends up saying cannot find the device. It worked just fine when I initially used the app on my old phone but it won't work now.

edit: it doesn't even open anymore, just crashes the moment I try to open it. doesn't support the latest products like the razer kraken v4 (or any version). this means if I want to turn of the RGB lighting I have to turn on my PC in the middle of the night and disable it manually because the hetset doesn't save RGB changes for some reason.

Highly would recommend you go with literally any other brand out there instead of this one. This has by far been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with any app or device or company. Current bug where if your turn the brightness off, you can't reconnect with the app to turn it back on. You HAVE to go through the chroma app on PC. (For barracuda x chroma) User BEWARE.
